Sales & Marketing Manager
This is a Singapore-based position.

Hansen Communication Lab Pte Ltd is looking towards rapid expansion in Singapore and SE Asia over the next 2 years. In order to reach the goals that have been set, we are looking for a dedicated sales and marketing manager. Since this is a new position, you will have the freedom to develop your role as you see fit.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing a marketing strategy (first for Singapore, and eventually regionally), make contact with HR professionals in our target markets, set up sales meetings and sell our products and services to leading corporations.

A background and network in HR and T&D is a huge plus, but not absolutely necessary. A proven track record in sales is important. You must be passionate about training and development and believe in the importance of communication and interpersonal skills in the workplace.

Energy, friendliness, people skills, and a go-getter attitude are all extremely important. You must also be a self-starter, independent thinker and excellent communicator.

We'll work with the right person to arrange appropriate remuneration.
