Administrative Assistant
This can be either a virtual or Singapore-based role.
We are looking for an exceptional administrative professional to handle most back office tasks for Hansen Communication Lab Pte Ltd. Your contract will start with 10 hours per week, but could easily work up to 20 hours within the next few months.
Examples of these tasks include:
- Correspondence with clients and online customers
- Handling of course registrations
- Performing online research
- Tracking and following up on payments
- Managing online client database
- Taking/screening calls (if in Singapore)
- Manning product booth and sales at conferences (if in Singapore)
- Any other support tasks you recognize and believe could be beneficial to the overall organization
If you have the appropriate profile and interest, it is possible that you might also be able to fill the Online Marketing & PR role. This is not a must, but could be beneficial.
You must be a self-starter and an independent, logical and strategic thinker. You like to get things done in a timely fashion and can handle multiple tasks at once. You have great time management and are very efficient. Because we are a firm specializing in communication and language training, your written English and email writing skills must be superb. Most importantly, you need to be energetic, friendly, and passionate about helping others.
